Nitra Self-government Region became a partner in implementation of the fast track project OPENCities developed by British Council, co-financed by URBACT II with the main aim to develop a concept of openness for cities and to set up a system of indicators to measure different aspects of openness of cities. First part, the Baseline Study elaborated by our Local Support Group was submitted on the 9th February 2009.
